The reason he stayed over was because they go on a bikeride event where so many people ride bikes every Sunday night and its really late by the time that event is over so he stays over at her house

Had plenty of guy friends stay overnite at my house on the couch or guest bedroom for different reasons ! They r my friends and know my door is always open if they need a place 2 stay and i know if i need help with anything they would b there for me 2! And i would not give up my guy friends if i would b in a realationship i done that b4 and it proofed me wrong!

I wouldn't worry about it. I mean she told you and you didn't have to find out from someone else. Trust is the basis for a healthy relationship. I mean we could all spend time worrying about the what ifs and end up not enjoying the relationship we chose to be in. If someone is going to cheat, they'll cheat regardless of whether you worry about it or not :)
