I myself dont think its a good idea. And we have spotted the banned people right off. And the choice is up the the individual person to talk or not talk to unverified people. I remember not being verified and talking on the forums. I would have probably quit the site myself. And the forums are not pms where you are on a one on one basis. Everyone has a choice to open those up and talk to the verified or unverified person. The forums are for everyone and should stay that way.

I voted yes, but ive just had a thought maybe give it a trial run for a few
weeks and we all can report to Andres for our thoughts and feelings on

@Hawkeye58: Oh it wud be terrible....that they took their own life. But they wud probably do it anyway, website or not. Look, if there were 200 people regularly posting here, I cud see making people verify. But the forum is not evn 6 mos old, and I think it needs all the help it can get to grow. Like I said, look at it in a year and re-evaluate. Sorry, I only believe in using a few basic rules and enforcing them. Guess I'm an independent guy. What ever happened to regulating ur own behavior? (Not u specifically Hawk, in general) If things are done ur way, sure, an occasional idiot will be stopped....but some good people who choose not to verify, for watever reason, will be barred from posting. Everyone has a brain and should use it wen evaluating other individuals. As we like to say. JMO lol

I voted YES though my pic isn't verified ..

I am not naive in vitual dating hence I can at least spot fakes and scammers however , I feel for those who are still naive and believe on " sweety- witty" conversation or fall in love in a couple of hours conversation or very trustful . I hate to think that they were/ are abuse(d) by these evil individuals.

Some dating sites have " guests" that are able to posts on forums but not allowed to have a convo outside the forums ( this could be done here on Dating.mobi also until that person verified his/ her pic) .


As they say QUALITY VS QUANTITY ... I go for that ...:)

@Rainbowbutterfly: there is very little quality OR quantity here at the moment lol....but the 'guest' idea is a compromise I cud get behind.

But seriously , it's a waste of time making friends ( to the extend of PMing ) if they are fake members so by limiting the unverified pic activities is kinda great , though it doesn't mean that if you are verified you are not pretending anymore ....E----- is a perfect example of what I'm talking about ...
