Child 2 is unemployed, a hardcore alcoholic, and refuses to get a job or quit drinking. How WYR split the $?

For me i believe a child who will be successful will be successful and if the child is hardworking and dedicated he can make future for himself and be succesful...The unserious alcholic child be giving 70 percent of the money and
maybe he can make something reseasonable off it and be successful too....LIFE itself its a teacher and whatever anyone knows how to do best should continue in doing it.....Its just a matter of time when the unserioius one will know where he belongs
