WYR have a suit able to teleport you to any place you see, including distant celestial bodies, that also protects you from space hazards. Or be able to see and process the flow of time at 10% of its speed, giving you sharp brain responses and reflexes?

You can only teleport to places where there is light reaching you. Aka observable universe (on your position).
Also...
Your physical speed stays the same despite being able to mentally process the time 10x better.
