My girlfriend is leaving for Europe forever. How do I make our last few months special without pushing her away?
My girlfriend graduated college with a degree in linguistics and teaching ESL and will be basically using teaching as a vector for travel. She won't be coming back, and I'm not in a place where I can go with her. We've been discussing this for a little while now and are going to break up before she goes because we don't want to deal with the stress of a LDR. I find myself having trouble enjoying myself with her with this looking deadline eating away at me. It's her dream and I can't say anything negative about it or make demands without being selfish and unreasonable. How do I cope with this and how do I make our last few months amazing?
