How do you feel about coming out about mental health?
Seeing the pride parade last week makes me yearn for the same kind of movement towards mental health too.

It bothered me at first. But the more I can about, the more help I can get. It took me a long time to get settled long enough to be diagnosed. I suffer from anxiety disorder, PTSD from the things I've been through all my life, depression and lastly suicidal tendasies. I've attempted suicide 4 times in my life. They last one I slit my wrists and landed in a hospital. But I have an awesome doctor who helps and not judges..
