Men of Dating.mobi, how would you differentiate a "******" woman vs. an "assertive" woman?

So there is this pretty common trope that when a woman, especially in the office, asserts herself, she is considered ******, whereas a guy isn't. There was even a movement a few years ago to stop using the word "bossy" to describe young girls, because they say its the same thing. However, I find that sentiment to be BS. There is a definite difference to me. I think most guys think this too, but its one of those things that is hard to define the line, except saying vague things like "its about their tone". So how would you discuss the difference?

The difference will be her sensibility . If she wants to dominate someone just for the sake of it and without justification fight back like hell . But if she puts across her point of view in a logical assertive manner .. thats fair .
