I don't understand your question I guess. If that film industry did an honest story, they would already have the detailed information on how to legally enter the U.S. from any country.
I have no idea what the Indian guy is saying. I'll assume he's talking about ILLEGALLY crossing into the U.S. from Mexico....which there are risks to.
Again, do it LEGALLY and those risks and dangers disappear. I don't know how much more simply I can explain it.

Long story short, don't cross illegally. 1000's die every year trying. The cartels in mexico will extort you, rape your women, and make them sex slaves. Its not worth it.
