Me personally I watch the carbs and cut back on sodas and beer......but because Im busy working and with kids I get lazy and order out alot or grab the quickest thing so my butt stays the same....lol

1.Drink a glass or two of water right before a meal so I feel less hungry.
2.No carbs after 6pm
3.Use minimal to no oil when cooking.

Proportion does play a small part of losing weight. But starving yourself is not the answer matter of fact its a bad ideal. The best advice is just watch your calories stay away from fattening foods. Eat vegetables , fruits , and lean meat. Everyones metabolism is different exercise will help burn calories. But your body needs some calories to function properly.
