when they were about to exicute John Coffey in the electric chair while they were strapping him down he started singing ' IM IN HEAVEN ' IM IN HEAVEN " and then they were about to put the hood over his face when he said " please boss ' dont put that thing over my face. Dont put me in the dark. I's afraid of the dark. When they pulled the switch all the guards had tears in their eyes. Michael Clarke Duncan did a great job in that role
