Is Leonard Nimoy the first example of a "famous last tweet?" If not, what are some others? (by Sparky)
In case you havent seen it, here it is...
"" A life is like a garden. Perfect moments
can be had, but not preserved, except in
memory. LLAP
1:36 AM - 23 Feb 2015""

Idk if Nimoy was the 1st.
I find the possibly/ likelihood of ANY Tweet becoming 'famous', frightening & disturbing as hell. * it's cyber *
I love my Star Trek , but Nimoy was just an ACTOR.... NOT a literary genius. His ROLE helped & created a sub culture... And that is about it.
* Dreading the death of the "famous for not being famous"... Prepare for the Kardasins

As far as the tweet being famous? Its not famous in the world sense......but I can see it being famous in the world of last tweets....and thats all the thread was implying.
And Leonard Nimoy > Any Kardashian....come to think of it....
Anybody > Any Kardashian lol
@WalkSoftly: Exactly :-)
"I can see it being famous in the world of last tweets"
I know what the thread is implying - & that is what I find disturbing. It opens a door for a decline in 'society thinking'.
If an 'actor' can have a famous last tweet then so can an athlete, then so can the "famous for not being famous"... A Kardasin. * Yikes *
Imo this is just another sign of the American/ World decline of what true literature & genius is.
Kind of like.. True, independent, investigating journalism is disappearing... along with the written word. *frightening*

@WalkSoftly: Yep, " just a freaking tweet". It doesn't matter who's tweet or what the tweet was. It's the idea of referring to it as a "famous last tweet" or " a famous tweet".
I couldn't answer Sparky's/ Reddit question if I can't consider any tweet famous. But the fact, that the question was posed shows that the media/ cyber etc..does.
No worries, we can agree to disagree.

Let me explain it in a simpler way for those who take the term "famous last tweet" to literally.....
In the world of Dating.mobi verification pic examples, this is a famous one:
Now, if the correlation between it, and famous last tweets cant be made....I cant help ya.
