Futurama once said, "When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all." What occupation could this describe?

Well Sparky ,that could be life, my mom had a saying on the wall, (when I do something right, no one remembers, when I do something wrong no one forgets ) and she said that was me. That's life. Long before futurerama

Oh Im not so sure about that. Havent some of your customers said "Great latte, thanks"? I know most wont say it.....and the whiners or complainers seem to always be the loudest, but Im sure youve had some "It was good, thanks", thrown your way.
We just always seem to remember the bad apple, when it shld be the other way around..
