Oh yes. I just muttered "what the **** is wrong with ****ing people..." because I just left WalMart and there were 3 shopping carts parked behind my car. Not where those go people!

Why would it make you retarded. The people that i know that are labeled retarded/slow talk to themselves/under their breath more for the fact that they the get irritated & frustrated. But rarely answer themselves.. Crazy people do that Lol
