Thats a close one between Ellie in The Last Of Us and Elizabeth in Bioshock Infinite , but i'll go for Ellie In The Last Of US because its a much better game

The Dremora Lord that you summon by using Sanguine's Rose in Skyrim. That was pretty cool, especially when your character has the matching daedric armor.

@4everteh1: ah you caught me lol but I have to agree with that person was probably one of the best AI teammate experience in a game I've played, and haven't played games in a while and had to sell most of my games, so kinda needed a reminder lol and Skyrim was one of my games I had to sell :(
