What's something that you thought was stupid as a child that you learned to appreciate as you grew o (by Sparky)

Learning Gaelic in school , in Ireland its compulsory to learn it from a very young age and i hated it , but now that im older i regret never paying attention and messing around during Gaelic class cuz it would be nice for me as an Irishman to be able to speak my own language fluently :(

@Zilya777: i already know a lot of words in Gaelic , its just putting them words into a coherent sentence that is the problem ,
