Used to work for them..for 3 days lol.

Not allowed to hang up first.
NEVER ASK HOW THERE DAY IS..trust me lol
If you cant sell a bundle. Sell a box. Then tell them a bundle including the box. Then sell the bundle...list goes on and on lol.

@4everteh1: Several months ago, I had to call and report an outage....to find out if it was just my home or a bigger problem (btw, since there is no local #, I had to call bumfu.ck Egypt or somewhere)....went thru the whole automated spiel before finally getting to talk to a live person...

Me: Id like to report an outage
Comcast: Whats your address sir?
Me: Gives address
Comcast: Oh I see you have the basic digital package. ..wld you like to upgrade?

Wtf?
