[Serious] Folks who have dropped everything, bought a one-way plane ticket, and created an absolutely new life, do you regret your decision? What do you do for a living now?

Well it wasn't a plane that got me here, but, when the Twin Towers were hit, I gave my job 2 weeks notice, sold everything but the kids beds, and moved to Tennessee from Indiana. My big brother came and got me w a small flatbed trailer for what little I kept. I know it was the right decision now because I got to be with my brother the last 8yrs of his life. I take care of people for a living now, and I love them so much, I just know I am where God wants me to be: )

@SammyToo: Curious....why did you leave Indiana in light of 9/11? Desire to spend more time with loved ones because of the strife at the time?

@WalkSoftly: Primary & secondary targets is what I was thinking. Perhaps she was as well.

My brother and I thought we would go into war over it. I lived in country and there were cars lined up in front of my house for gas at the lil station a half mile up the road. We both agreed we wanted to be together if it was Armageddon-which we thought WW3 would be, lol
