Now that i think abt it, there are laws against knowingly infecting someone with the HIV virus, so I guess its the same thing.

Oh ok but still how would u punish someone who had knowingly did something like this? I know that an HIV positive person who knowingly gives. The disease to another person n does not tell them they r HIV positive can be charged with murder.
