@MrRamtasticAkaRam318: your right Ram! but until ppl start regulating themselves then the question is how do we as a society do it?
That does seem to be the question, doesn't it? Hell, I really don't know the answer. How DO u make someone regulate their behavior? My dad had a great way of doing it wen I was growing up lol He kept a loaded shotgun behind the door of his bedroom and I can promise that it was never touched w/o his permission or "regulation" wud commence lmao. And from that, I learned to respect authority. And yes, I'm talkn abt getn my ass whipped (I did deserve it sometimes, shocker, huh?:o) Now don't get me wrong, he was a fair, loving, father also and nvr punished w anger. There was a balance there that I think doesn't exist everywhere anymore. Did it shape me into one fine adult? I thinks so, but I'm biased lol I definitely was taught that there were consequences for my actions, good or bad. I'm also rambling my ass off now so I'm abt to shut up. And please, no one turn this into a corporal punishment argument, that wasn't where I was going with this post. I'm jus sayn that times, they are a changin. And maybe I wish they wudnt sometimes.

I think it has to do with people being able to seperate real life from fantasy. Having respect for firearms and people. I went to a shooting call i was shocked to c a 6yr old shot by his dad. Who says he was playin cowboy and indians with him.30 sumthin and well educated. thats the reason y i say that and the co. Shootin is goin to b another example of that with dozens of other shootings. Taken guns away or not bein allowed to carry wont solve that.
