Christmas morning my parents kept everything hidden. Mom would still be wrapping presents until christmas eve. put cookies,milk & All the presents out. That she spent hour wrapping w/bows & ribbons & finish tree. smell of moms sugar cookies She'd bake.

Game nights! Or when the elec. would go out for hrs. Hearing rain pouring down, thundering & lightening. Getting oil lamps & candles. Dad popping popcorn while mom & us girls got out & set-up games. sometimes we'd play "Risk" for few day.

Learning about the differences between boys and girls playing doctor... We had no clue that later that the crack between Eva's legs would be something we competed over as teenagers. lol

The family outings/picnics. Dad&mom Get us girls up b4 sun was even up sometimes. Would get our guns,fishing stuff, fins&masks,tubes,ice chest & watermelon. Mattress, Blankets & pillows in back of truck sis&i rode in back. Never knew where we'd end up.
