Fitness advice? (by KaylaKristine)
Since I can't find a gym, I decided to work with what I have...ME...lol. All I've got so far is running in the morning. Does anyone know exercises I can do at home to get in shape and keep my body in shape?
@KaylaKristine: they don't cost much and will help...used to do 2 minute drills in barracks when I was a young guy
Dancing is the best exercise. If you just dance while vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc you will be surprised
lol I'm doing that especially dancing on the front of the mirror

@KaylaKristine: Rearrange your furniture once a day. Chairs, couches, tables, tv's, beds, etc make great weights.

@KaylaKristine: Set aside 30 min a day, 5 days a week strictly for you to exercise....even if its waking up 30 min earlier or staying up 30 min later.....there are a ton of helpful videos on youtube for single moms like yourself....heres one utilizing canned goods....
