03/26/12 @ 08;40pm Today on the farm we did a little of this & that to the corn header, found a few shields that needs to be replace & of course they were not in stock. So then we began looking over a rice header. 1st cleaning it out, then checking the some of the belts, chain & bearings. Tomorrow I will begin disking in a rice field & hopefully the chemical company will be able to fertilizer out on the corn fields. That means within a few days it will be Planting Season. Also I don't know if I have mention this before but 2 weeks ago my transmission went out on my 4x4 GMC pickup, today I bought a '94 Nissan Sentra. I sure needed to replace the pickup being the nearest grocey store to me is about 15 miles away & I really don't like to depend on somebody for a ride whenever I needed to go somewhere. Hope everyone has a nice night & a great day tomorrow.
Those are good cars, great in snow and even in a grassy field if have too. Good luck with the purchase.
@TheBillCollector: WHATEVER he knew what i was getting at lol
@TheBillCollector: I just hope that it will be a good car for me for a long time to come. But I sure am going to miss my GMC pickup man I hated that I lost it Oh Well
@autumnq20: Yes I knew what you were saying & I meant what I said to you. I hope that you may have Smooth Sailing on the Stormy Seas of Life John
@tractorjohn: I bet it will, and ya will always miss a good truck. Also, she would have smooth sailings....except for the occasional stormy night, but thats ok lol. Hehehe I so win Autumn :)
@TheBillCollector: Yes I will always miss that pickup, especially since I had such good Mud Grip Tires on it. I bought them at wholesale price two years ago for $800 & they still had lots of thread left on them. Plus last Christmas I had a new windshield installed with new wiperblades too. Like I said earlier "Oh Well"
