I find it very difficult being a single mom and trying to date. What about you?

@mommyofthree: Oh its rough. I'm either working or on my days off I got my kids. Its nice if they are old enough to watch themselves while you go out but its hard to find the time

I dont have kids but mu niece and nephew are close. Long story short i watch them 4-5days a week plus work. Nearly impossible to date.

Thays my problem. My boys are old enough and can watch themselves, but my daughter is 3. I let my sons babysit for short times, but its like speed dating@TheHBKbigred:

its hard. Sister gave them up to my mother then disowned us. My mother needs a kidney tranaplant and is in the hospital alot. If i dont care for them. Who will? Besides i love the kids like my own.

And with me its harder. My daughter is used to being with me always. So getting away is crazy hard....@TheHBKbigred:

Yeah its very hard n difficult.

I used to make every fri. night my date night-got a sitter overnight:) and every saturday was family night. I raised four kids alone on purpose because I never did find a guy I felt was worth letting live with us lol My kids only met a few of the better ones I dated too. I can only say that your kids only get one chance to grow up and be w you. You will have another chance to date and do your thing-but they only grow up once. If you happen to meet a great guy who feels the same as you do about your kids then that would be great too, cuz raising kids alone is hard-but adding another person to their lives is a big thing not to be taken lightly ya know?:)
