Doesn't make sense... (by xlace38x)
My cousin passed away on July 3rd and they are just now releasing the body. His funeral is this coming Saturday. We was told that he had passed out drunk with a lite cigarette and caught himself on fire. Well there was an investigation and now they are saying it didn't happen that way. That traces of kerosene or gasoline was found and there was a barricade on the inside of his room where he couldn't get out and that his body was burnt to badly for it to have been just a cigarette...WTF! I don't know who or why someone would do this. I don't know what he was into...and no one is saying anything...
@xlace38x: What did they classify the death as? Homocide, suicide, something else?
He was an alcoholic and they was saying he passed out drunk with a lite cigarette and burned himself up but now they are saying that isn't what happened
The use of accelerants (gas, kerosene, etc...) are fairly easy for a fire investigator to uncover., depending on the resources available where he lived...could explain the time lapse...now law enforcement gotta do their job. No tell tell injuries from the autopsy report?
@xlace38x: Wow-sorry to hear this girl:( Praying they find his murderer so your family can get some closure.
@xlace38x: It does sound fishy Lacey ! I hope the investigators do there jobs right n find what realy happened!
@WalkSoftly: I talked to my grandmother earlier, she said they haven't said anything else, but they could not be telling her so she won't get upset. I haven't gotten to talk to my uncle yet so I am going by what I have been told by family
@xlace38x: this is messed up...sad world. I'll be thinking of you and yours
