Since even the UN has lengthy debates and commits members to study the very definition of racism, I feel like its okay to disagree. Better women/men than me are also seeking the answers.

The problem is I have to draw the line in the sand somewhere in terms of what we'll tolerate and what we won't, and without a clear and universally-accepted definition, I have little choice other than to go with the literal definition so as to not risk taking punitive action on those who might be innocent. Of course, it also requires making a judgement call, but the literal definition gives me some justification and direction to go in without it seeming like I'm abusing my powers.

I wasn't disagreeing with ur 'judgement call' in the least Andres. It's a difficult subject frought with land mines, I think that u navigate very well thru it. I, for one, am appreciative!
