@steveo2077: Heres my issue Steve....as a former Marine, I tend to keep up with the goings on of The Marine Corps....now, of course, Im not privy to the current operations, but I can find no evidence of a Marine Deployment to Iraq....a place where the the U.S. ceased military operations quite awhile ago. Is there a small U.S. military presence there? Sure, I wldnt be surprised if there is.....and a Marine presence? Sure...embassy duty wld explain it I suppose. But Im having a hard time figuring out why someone in PA wld be "deployed". I cant think of one Marine Corps base there.....reservist maybe? Recruiter? Idk....still doesnt explain a deployment to Iraq, of all places......which the national media wld EAT up IMO. And if it is happening, why the hell give up Opsec abt it? Idk know you from Adam, and i hope to God above you ARE a Marine.....if so.....Semper Fi....but if not, shame on you. If you are a Marine, youll understand my skeptism.....and Ill be more than ready to issue an apology. Ill patiently await your explanation.
