Two police units from Splendora Police

responded to the initial call, which was made
at around 9:43am by a third-party in a
neighbouring residence. The units were
dispatched to the scene according to MCSO

The suspect, later identified as Connestee
Lynn Volino , 39, was thought to have been
impaired at the time of the burglary.
According to Fitzgerald, it was reported to
police officers on the scene that Volino had
been awake for approximately nine days at
the time of the incident.
She allegedly entered the home dressed only
in a bra and panties and entered the
bathroom, where she proceeded to shave her
pubic area, said Fitzgerald. It was reported
that when the female homeowner returned to
the home, Volino attacked her and is believed
to have grabbed her by the throat, as the
homeowner reportedly had some visible
injuries to the throat. Volino is then believed
to have fled the scene in a vehicle. Pending
her arrest, Volino could face charges
including Burglary of a Habitation.""
