Is there any white tail deer hunters out there? (by TnCwby)
@TnCwby: Seriously, I've hunted since I was abt 6, with Dad n bros of course. Currently bow hunt only on a place called the Tensas River Refuge here in n La. Its basically bow hunt only. The biggest I have is a 10 pt 140 class. Not the biggest, but taken w a bow on public land so I'm proud of it.
@JLaDawn: Sh*t I'm impressed! Africa lake.I've hunted the whole 80,000 or so acres but stick with the north end around Africa lake

Thats definately one of the places i wanna show the kids ....and wlda if i had made it this summer....remind me sometime to tell the gator story from gator bay.
What i really like is that so much of la landscape is represented in that 80,000 acres....cld spend a lifeime exploring it and still have much to learn....so beautiful
@JLaDawn: There's plenty of gators in Africa flats, that 1/4 mile low spot on the main road. I love to get a ice chest full of beer n jus slowly cruise around. See all kinds of wildlife,evn bear
My kids don't believe me bout the bears....but black bears r plentiful there...spent most of my sixteenth summer there from dawn till dusk
