Migraines? (by Briteeyes1211)
Anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of headaches (migranes)? Ive had headaches everyday for 19 years, docs cant figure out why other then poor vision so im staining my eyes and ofcourse stress. I take aspirin after aspirin, anyone have any suggestions? It hurts sooooo bad

I get those a lot because I have hypertension and I get them because i get stressed easily and irritated then my pressure goes up.. Try putting ice on your head in a towel, deep breathing exercises, or I know ibuprofen is the strongest pain reliever. I hope u feel better :(
I have to take zomig for migraine but heat helps tension ones sometimes. I heat a hand towel and put it on face and temples or dunk whole head under hot as i can stand bath
Thanks guys. Im willing to try anything. Somedays are worse then others and today is a doosie! It hurts to have my eyes open, hurts to bad to sleep ughhh :( and yes mine get worse when im irratated and i had a REALLY BAD arguement with my ex earlier tonite and now my head hurts so bad its about to bust :(
I know if its migraine then naproxen is recommended i hope u feel better soon
Get a migraine bout 3-4 times a year but so bad that i have 2 stay in bed and have 2 have it dark in my room i even puke from it! What helps me is chocolate coffee and exedrin migraine its the only thing what helps me!
Thanks everyone....i have some naproxen guess i'll try to take a couple of those. Took a hot bath and that helped, wish i could stay in there all nite.
To bad you dont have a back and neck massager. I rarely get migraines but when i do my neck and back are always so tense from stress.
