Fit But To Skinny !! (by BeautifullyBrokenn91)
Okay So I Work Out Some. I Run Everyday. Do Some Cardio In The Evenings And Free Weights Every Weekend. But I Wanna Be Tone. I Don't Wanna Be Like Body Builder Or Anything! I Just Wanna Have Some Abs And Just A Tone Body. BUT. Im 5'2 And Im Currently 110 Pounds. Seems The More I Work Out The MORE Weight I Lose ! D: Then People Are Like Ohh Your To Skinny And It Hurts My Feelings :( I Don't Wanna Be Smaller Than What I Am. I Just Wanna Get Toned Up But It Doesn't Seem To Be Happening Lol. My Stomache Is Flat But Has Like No Definition Or Muscle Or Anything. Soo What Am I Doing Wrong! Lol.
Have you tried using protein shakes? They should help with getting muscle

Most definitly protein powder.. There's a weight gainer thats real high protein.. Could just be your metabalism
Welcome c: I can give you a good brand if you want. Just make sure you dont overdo it though. Think of it as a recovery drink, it replenishes what you need lol
Eat big breakfast n a normal to slightly large lunch n small tp no dinner..odd r if ir working oit ur abbs r tone..that will help shed body fat ..and retain miscle with out building more
Have you SEEN the girl? WHAT fat? Lol, if ya want muscle honey, muscle milk and EAS lean 15 are good protein powders to use. Use weights change uup your workout, and youre good to go c:

If you want muscle do weights only walking cardio stuff like that burns calories and fat. Whey protien powder tatse the best. Some of the brands tast3 like chalk
Muscle milk is pretty good though, especially if you mix it with coconut milk and bananas and make a shake. Delish! lol
