I am friends with thus girl I work with, I have a little thing for her, I don't know how she feels, we are friends and that, and I just wanted to know the best way to try and have a relationship with her? anyone have any advice please??

@goodlynx: Well, compliment her, "you look really pretty today...", touch her arm or shoulder when you pass by (not in a creepy way), make her laugh with some cheesy pick up lines...be confident. You don't really need to get her warmed up, she already knows if she likes you or not.
