Omg, please answer if you have!

I once had a guy that wanted me to go to a "meeting" with him to join the Zeitgeist Movement (he insisted it wasn't a cult). I told everyone in the office about it and they printed up 19 pages of Zeitgeist beliefs. I totally got "sick" the night of the "meeting" EFF THAT!

Oh! And the site of the "meeting" was someone's apartment. Pssssh.

Yeah, just a bunch of brainwashing. I even watched one of the Zeitgeist movies and it convinced me even MORE to stick with Jesus. The whole idea of that "movement" is just malarkey.

@sweeterthejuice: It is know as "the word's first internet cult" .NewAge group, largely based on East Coast (Ny), England (London) They are "Conspirtualists", believe organized religion is just an attempt to control the masses. Believe in Utopian Socialism. (destroys work ethic) And that 911 was probably & inside job. And are (seemingly & secretivly), Anti Semitic.!!! ... I have no patience for this crap. I don't see how any Christian or Jew or any other major religion, could have or should have. Nor any American or anyone who believes in free enterprize system. They don't believe individuals should own property.. Smfh!

Oh trust me, I've looked into it. Just plain ridiculous to believe any of it.

@Sparky: yes. I was raised as a roman catholic, the first of the so called "christian" faiths. It doesn't get any more cult than organized religion.

If I woulda known there were chips! Lol...jk

Luckily, my TZM friend and I remained friends! We had some healthy debates and decided that we would just laugh at each other's beliefs.
