I have a close friend who did to quit smokin and it worked:) Although he is 30 pounds heavier now so not sure bout the benefits to his health...
i had thought about doing that, but didnt know if it really worked
@Gracie75: it did, but now he needs to get it done again to lose weight lol

lol i wouldnt worry about the weight for me was told im to damn skinny, i could use a few pounds, i wished i had my Nannys willpower she just put them down in her 20s...anyways not wanting to get off topic lol i think i might try it
