I have been broken up with: in person, over the phone, text msgs, hand written letters & the old figured it for myself routine. And I have done the same things myself too.

@im1made4u: I would use the means used in which we were involved, face to face if we were seeing each other, phone, text, etc... if thats where we were. i would use understanding and honesty and respect, i would belive they deserve that much even if it was over.
