Did you know that there is more of the chemical tryptophan(the chemical blamed on making you sleepy after eating turkey) in a slice of cheese than in a serving of turkey?

@Gracie75: lmao. That is one of the things I like most about being vegan. So long as I stay away from fried foods, I don't get that groggy sensation after eating. Lol. I still have to cook meat at home, though. I have two boys that love to eat a lot! I don't think Zacharia will ever give up his poultry. And Ethan is just a meat lover all around! Lol
