I know alot of you are having a turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Not me Im having pork roast at my aunt and uncles. Im gonna miss the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, and cranberry sauce but it will help my mom out because she just got out of the hospital about a week ago and she doesn't have to cook.

Pork roast is good also ;-) Hope your mom is doing okay. Thanksgiving with family is better than any meal though ;-) have a great Thanksgiving! ;-)

As a kid, we didn't raise turkeys so had duck instead of a turkey for Thanksgiving.

@Bigdude1981: I hate turkey so we always do something different for turkey day. This year I am grilling game hens for the wife and kids along with some mashed sweet potato, stir fry green beans and brussel sprouts. Enjoy your thanksgiving.
