I get ya Walks...but any sample I am able to obtain is not admissable...he has to submit to THEIR contracted DNA lab tech...won't even accept paternity matching test between Possum and Becca. All I can do is hire process server to serve him court order after a PI has located him...but can't make him show for test to THEIR lab. Hands tied loyally.

@LaDawn: Lawyer up with a lawyer specializing in cs cases then.....thats where money wins...sad to say tho.

What really gets my goat too is that I have never been a woman to hound men for money to take care of MY kids...married to him or divorced from him I took care of my kids...and when he walked away I just continued taking care of them. Hate the way cs makes me feel like I am a lying **** that doesn't know the father of my baby. Really really pisses me off! I never even slept with any other man BUT my husband till long after Becca was born and they treat ME, the responsible parent, like scum.

Girl listen to me! Sit down with both kids-tell Becca to please not say anything til you are done-then explain the whole fiasco to your son. I promise you this-no matter how much you despise his father, or how vocal you are about his misdeeds, your children will decide for themselves what kinda daddy he really is. I never spoke ill of my kids daddy in front of them-they saw him for the piece of crap he is, on their own. Talk to your boy-tell him why you are worried about the money-then tell him you will accept any decision he makes about it only because you know you raised him right:) He will decide what to do on his own-and Im willin to bet it will be the same decision his mama would make:)
