My very good friends are all male except one. I have no problem with opposite sex friends. That being said there IS a difference between friends and possible lovers. I have an invisible line up that I do not cross and if my mate were to try to cross that line with some girl friend of his or she with him then there wld b hell to pay! Some of my male friends and I may have explored what box we wanted to put each other in but settled on friends so why shld my mate not trust me and if it is a new male friend there is no exploration if I already got a mate. I don't see the big deal myself. You are either gonna trust one another or your not...friend choices isn't the underlying problem if the answer is not.
