Having my sister for dinner tomorrow as she loves italian does anyone know how to make lasagne?

Go to ur local grocery store and buy a box of lasagne noodles and there is a recipe on the back of the box on how to make it. O my gaw, after typing all that i might as well of giving u my homemade recipe. But, im thinking u prolly dont have time for all that. O my gaw.

@WalkSoftly: Lol I add a few extra things at times, just gave the simple version. Substituting hamburger for half sausage makes a good lasagna too.

I use ricotta instead of cottage cheese and add various chopped peppers and onions...like eggplant lasagna too...had to make it for papa bout every mnth

@LaDawn: I add onions sometimes. I've heard of that eggplant lasagna, but I've never had it. Gonna have to try it some day

@Briteeyes: just substitute 1/4 inch slices of eggplants for the noodles....build it just the same as you wld a regular lasagna...only difference I do is add a lil salt to each layer of eggplant...
