Its more then a little drug free its how the house looks, incom and if you can aford day cair or for some one to take care of them while u work

The way I see it is, he is obviously trying to hurt you and the way to hurt you most is through your kids, its not nice but you've been the one bringing up your kids while he has been out of the picture, there is no reason that your children should be moved from a stable environment because he decides he wants to step up and be a dad sorry but he has no chance! Sorry for the rant I hate men like that, I hope your ok

@leezo: I'm good now he has no chance DCF took his other 2 kids so he can't get mine cause my 20 month old is perfect here and healthy and I have a job he doesn't

All im sayn is what they look at so if its all good then no way they can take ur kids away

@DakuTatsu: they won't over my dead body there is no way in hell I'm letting that dead beat near my kids after he denied them and hasn't been around he can drop dead before he comes near my babies
