In some countries you can buy a mobile number without signing any document...so basically i can go buy a phone number and verify it and than throw it away and be a scammer...i still think that you need to put that picture verification is required...;) that is safest solution...:)

Well actually anyone can go buy a pre-paid phone and verify it....can probably even get their pic verified on several accounts without anyone noticing, so that isn't the part of scamming he was taking care of. I personally don't see the point in having several accounts, u only need one to be a scammer. Andres took care of people in other countries CLAIMING to be in USA. U can't go buy a # from America is the point in all this. Now scammers MUST admit where they are from according to their phone #
