every time you change your pic, it has to be verified again. Which is why constantly changing your pic is not a good idea. Because it means waiting again

@Jesusfitzroy: Um first I am not in charge of anything so no I cannot change it. And that is the way it is because it keeps the site safer.
also even if I could change it, I wouldn't. It keeps the site safer, if you don't like waiting, next time it gets verified, don't turn around and change it right away.
