Hello, EVERYONE... if it has been over 3 days the decidsion HAS BEEN MADE, & you will have to reapply. Please make sure the code is CLEAR in big bold handwritten print. That you face can clearly be seen in both pics. No head or eyewear or hand signs in front of your face. Your face must be identified. Please try again. Good Luck :)
