@LoveisWar: You may want to go to your local active National Guard Unit and ask them for listings to local men that are in need of pen pals in your area. They will have a list of locals on active duty

I mean like someone who is inlisted... I didn't mean actually on active duty... like someone whose in basic training or reserve or something.
