What is this feature and what does it mean when users have, or they are in the - ?

@JabinKahlil: I believe you have to be fully verified to give karma but you can receive it from other fully verified users. + karma is by being cool & - karma is from being an A$$.

@JabinKahlil: Well when you wrote to her, did you see a Warning sign pop up? Oh one more thing about karma, you can only give one karma score per user but you can take it back too as they can do the same to you.

@JabinKahlil: Number One Rule about karma: Never ever ask somebody to give you karma & rule #2 is never promise anybody you'll give them good karma.
