True happiness is what you make it. What makes me happy may not make you happy. So there is no correct answer to "what is true happiness....or does it exist"

Yeah contentment and satisfaction i think brings happiness.

@Reinmaker56: so contentment/satisfaction BRING this-something d-frent and (implicitly) better called happiness. How then does this process occur and how is c-tentment dfrent from hapiness?
