Reading with your children (by VampDoll)
Since before my before my son was born i have always read to him, used to read to my bump. my son is nearly 7 and we read every day together. he is above average with his reading and he really enjoys it too. i couldn't stress to people more how important it is to play an active role in your childrens education. and reading to them and with them is a top priority. well that's my opinion. and my boy has been moved up 4 reading stages this year already :)
I totally agree....i read to my children everynite. My son absolutely loves reading, hes one of the top in his class throughout school hes now a junior. My daughter jus graduated in the top 15% of her class out of 500. Reading and interacting with homework is SOOOO important and it really does make a difference in a childs life. My kids are honor students and i take a small amount of credit for that for installing good reading and work habits into their life from birth.
I read to my children all the time. We take turns reading to each other. We enjoy are reading time together. My children are advid readers like i am.
