yeah in referring to race in my country or elsewhere is like a YES and a NO. why? Cos there is something i never told you:(.......before i graduated from high school about 2years ago when i was 20. i lived in a hostel by then and close to the hostel was a white family with a very nice girl called Gabrilla from the states. she was about 18yrs old. i came to Know the girl 4months after they moved to Ghana. Her family was a kind that really loved art so when she got to know that i am a student artist, she used to come to my place to collect some pieces and through that we got to know each other very well that we could sometimes eat a local Ghanaian dish together when she is at the hostel. Gradually, we developed interest but i was very shy to ask her out. She came to meet outside on time working on a landscape project and she gave me a compliment so i took that opportunity to ask her out and from the look of her face, it was true that she felt the same way but what she said was that..." i have the feeling more than you do but my mom..." when i asked why her mom. She said her mom is an anti-black. thats the word she used ANTI-BLACK so even if we happen to marry it would be a kinda Complex with lots of issues though she said her father wasnt like that....in that same discussion, she came up with an instant where her Big sister accidentally fell in love mercilessly with a black guy also from the states who once got her out of trouble when no one close could do it..but her mom without considering the feeling and interest of her own daughter drove the guy away and called him name like *******, ******* anytime he visited their home. eventually the guy lost interest and gave up on the girl. he never came back and her sister has got hurt too many times by so many white guy...... with her we agreed to stay as best friends and we do talk even now that she has moved back to the states.....Now aside this issue and some messages i have received upon sending just a common HI to some white girls on this site, i have lots and lots of mates in the states who always talk to me about same situation. so to me its no news but the question is Why do some whites do that? may be you wont do it but others are doing it.

yeah u got a point but i dont want to believe what the rumors say because i think that every man is a man and we are all physically blessed but perhaps it could be one of the many reasons but if so then its kinda weird. or?

@em17: Hatefull, intolerant people are everywhere, every culture, race religion. But people want... What they know & are familiar with, grew up with... I have been blessed, to have been exposed to many cultures & religions. But as people, looking for partners, future relatives. We have a choice.... There are many indivual cultures in your country. And continent. Do you view all of them the same ? I do not view all WHITES the same. ? My relatives are from different parts of the world & religions... And those differences are differences... Likes & dislikes etc.. Im sorry if you have had some bad experience. But... All people have them. No matter what they look like. I keep getting the impression you are confusing " sexual attraction /preference with racism " If a woman is not interested... Oh well. This is a huge country... USA. we have choices & variety...

@em17: not really weird. I do not hate black people. But in america we are a country that often labels black men as better than white men. Its common belief that black men are faster. Stronger. More physically fit. And musically talented. While such rumors do annoy me. They havent made me hate black people. But as you can imagine. Men are competitive. Alot hear this stuff and become resentful of it. And get upset at the thought of black and white together because theyve already had it beaten in their heads that theyre inferior to black men
