Well guy sitting on his farm. Gov. Inspecter comes banging on door shows guy a card says this card gives me the right to inspect this whole place. Guy says ok. Goes back to watching tv. Had a two thousand pound bull in a pen in the back yard. Well keep hearing someone hollering for help inspecter had got in pen with bull. So guy opened door and said show him your card. Went back to watching tv.
