I got this smart phone through straight. talk wireless, the location i live gets sh!tty service and all they tell me is to move to a better location!! I have to walk a mile up the rd just to make a call! other phones don't work period!! what should i do?

I stopped paying for service, useless since there is no service lmao. as for you: do what you think is best

I'm moving in a few weeks anyways so hopefully service improves at my new location! The other plus side is ill get american tv again, truely sucks living near wtr and canada as a neighbor!! Lol

There's a little code on the bottom left of the package that tells what carrier your model works through. I think you have two weeks to return your phone. Try a different one with a different carrier. I had to be careful to get one that goes through Verizon. No good signal with anyone else... Someone who's worked in the electronics dept for a while will know which codes are what.
